Job summary

WeDriveU, Fresno based leader in shared mobility, seeks a General Manager to lead ADA paratransit operations. You will manage route planning, staffing, client engagement, and financial forecasting, while driving performance and rider satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, marketing, and global teams. The position requires 3+ years in ADA paratransit leadership, 5+ years in scheduling/dispatch, and strong ADA compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leading ADA paratransit services with union labor experience.
• Minimum of 5 years scheduling and dispatch experience in ADA paratransit operations.
• Strong knowledge of ADA requirements and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact and lead efforts to meet SLAs.
• Manage route planning, staffing, and client engagement.
• Oversee monthly invoicing and provide forecasts and variance reports.
• Coordinate rider communications and keep transportation information sites current.
• Monitor shuttle performance using technology platforms and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to meet program goals and deadlines.
• Lead surveys to gather data and drive rider satisfaction improvements.
• Maintain close collaboration with local operations to ensure driver and fleet standards.
