Job summary

WeDriveU in Fresno, CA seeks a General Manager to lead operations, develop teams, and execute client account strategy. You will measure performance, drive culture, and monitor programs recognized as Best Workplace for Commuters.

Responsibilities include managing route logistics, invoicing, forecasting, rider communications, and cross-functional collaboration to meet deadlines and client goals.

Qualifications

• ADA paratransit senior management experience (3+ years).
• Scheduling/Dispatch in ADA paratransit (5+ years).
• ADA compliance knowledge and practices experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s main point of contact and an extension of the client’s internal teams.
• Manage route planning, staffing, and client engagement to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Oversee monthly client invoicing process.
• Provide clients with monthly financial forecasts and detailed reports explaining variances to actual billing.
• Manage rider communications and keep rider information site up to date.
• Use PM skills to foster collaboration between teams and meet deadlines.
• Create and administer surveys to gather data to improve rider satisfaction.
• Maintain collaboration with local operations to meet driver and fleet standards.
• Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and Global Ops to support program goals.
• Weekly/monthly reporting to client on service updates and performance.
