Job summary

RATP Dev USA in Greensboro, NC, is hiring a Paratransit Driver to deliver safe, courteous transportation for passengers with disabilities. This full-time, non-exempt position requires a NC CDL Class C with passenger endorsement and the ability to pass a DOT physical.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, operate buses safely on city routes, assist riders with mobility devices, and follow all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Acts as front-line point of contact to ensure delivery of quality customer service.
• Operates buses safely through city and freeway traffic.
• Assists passengers with disabilities and mobility devices.
• Performs pre-trip inspection and DVIR in accordance with FMCSR.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates multiple types of buses for local routes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws on bus operation.
• Coordinates detour/incident information with dispatcher.
• Promotes safety and customer service quality on every trip.
