Job summary

Spindle is hiring Instructional Aides in Michigan to support students 1:1 in public schools. These school-based, flexible, per diem roles offer shifts based on coverage needs.

You will assist with academics, behavior, and daily routines, implementing IEPs, supporting mobility, and helping create a safe inclusive learning environment. Weekly pay and flexible assignments support your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Clearances must be current or willing to obtain prior to start.

Spindleis actively hiring Instructional Aidesto support students 1:1.. These roles are ideal for compassionate professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while working in a structured school setting.

This is a per diem, as-needed position with shifts available based on school coverage needs.

Position Responsibilities

Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings

Requirements (School Compliance)

To work inschools, youmust meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age

Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed

Clearances must be current or willing to obtain prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting

Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges

CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a plus (not required)

Reliable, patient, and team-oriented mindset
