Job summary

Spindle is seeking a motivated Paraprofessional to collaborate with lead teachers and provide student-centered instruction, 1:1 and small-group support, and inclusive classroom practices.

You will help build a positive, structured and high-energy learning environment while reinforcing academics with adaptive strategies and supporting students' social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required or 60 college credits or an active paraprofessional certification.
• Prior experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus.
• Experience supporting special education or differentiated instruction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, student-focused instruction.
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to accelerate learning.
• Champion inclusive practices that support diverse learners.
