Job summary

Spindle in Pittsburg, CA invites an instructional support assistant to join a student-centered paraprofessional team in our dynamic school community. You’ll partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging instruction and provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to accelerate learning.

You’ll champion inclusive practices, nurture social-emotional growth, prepare learning materials, monitor progress, and help with lesson execution in a positive, high-energy classroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus.
• Experience supporting special education or differentiated instruction is a plus.
