Job summary

Spindle in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a paraprofessional passionate about shaping young minds and supporting student growth. You will work with lead teachers to deliver engaging instruction, provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, foster inclusive practices, and help create a positive, structured classroom environment.

You'll reinforce concepts with creative strategies, monitor progress, and celebrate achievements while building strong relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus.
