Job summary

Collective Montessori School is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support inclusive, individualized instruction in a hands-on Montessori setting. This full-time role is based at 3814 W North Ave, Milwaukee, and requires a positive attitude and a commitment to student well-being.

You will assist with classroom management, provide personal care, monitor progress, and help maintain records while collaborating with families and staff to promote engagement and success for every learner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
