Collective Montessori School Inc. is seeking a Floating Educational Aide to join our team at 3814 W North Ave, Milwaukee. This full-time role supports student supervision, assists teachers, and responds to daily operational needs while promoting a safe, positive school climate.

The ideal candidate has experience with children and holds an associate or bachelor's degree (preferred). We offer health insurance, professional development, free wrap-around care, PTO and holidays.

Salary Range: $18-22/hourly, based on experience
