Job summary

Behavior Stars in Waterbury, CT is seeking a reliable Spanish-speaking RBT to help children with autism and developmental needs. This part-time, 10–20 hours/week role offers $25.00–$30.00 per hour, with morning and after-school shifts.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and work with the team to implement treatment plans. RBT certification preferred, training paid, high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred, not required.
• RBT training and certification paid for by us.
• Highschool diploma is a must.
• Minimum 6 months experience with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation.
