Behavior Stars is seeking motivated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children in home, school, and community settings in New Haven, CT. Opportunities include flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time postings and mentorship under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes data collection, session note writing, and collaboration with families and clinicians to improve communication, social, and daily living skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with children preferred.
• Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance.
• Experience with session note writing and documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
• Enter session notes and obtain signatures from parents or teachers
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in Rethink
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team. What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings
• Enter session notes on rethink for every visit obtain signatures from parents or teachers at time of visit
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
• Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client
