Job summary

Behavior Stars is seeking a part-time ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Southbury, CT. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with developmental needs and implement treatment plans under supervision.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and passionate about child development. Active RBT certification is preferred, and we provide training and certification. Join a supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
• Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification preferred not required
• RBT Training and certification paid for by us!
• Highschool diploma is a must
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation
