Job summary

Behavior Stars is looking for a compassionate and reliable Spanish-speaking RBT in New Hartford, CT. In this part-time role, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, implement treatment plans, and accurately collect session data.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 Hourly | Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week | After-school hours

Locations: New Hartford, CT (Morning shifts available as well as After-school shifts; 9:00-2:00 and 5:00-8:00)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center‑based settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
• Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check‑ins

Requirements

• Active RBT certification preferred, not required
• RBT Training and certification paid for by us!
• High school diploma is a must
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail‑oriented with data collection and documentation
