OOS Management Corp. is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position. This part-time role, primarily serving Danbury and Waterbury, CT, involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and track data with accuracy (Rethink platform)
• Maintain high-quality, consistent session delivery (BIP fidelity)
• Communicate progress and observations with your BCBA and team
