Job summary

PRO Companies is seeking exceptional Paraprofessionals to provide services within a local intermediate unit in Archbald, PA. This full-time, 10-month position supports K-12 students, including Autistic Support and Life Skills classrooms, with 1:1 supervision and collaboration with teachers.

You must have an Associate’s degree or higher and at least one year of recent school-based experience; summers off, ESY not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree or higher.
• Minimum one year of recent school-based experience.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Current clearances (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with disabilities or special needs in a school setting.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and personal hygiene as needed.
• Support students in classroom activities, communication, and social interactions.
• Help implement behavior management strategies under teacher and therapist guidance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents regarding student progress and needs.

PRO Pediatric Services, is seeking exceptional Paraprofessionals to provide services within a local intermediate unit.

Job Details:

• Location: Archbald, PA
• Schedule: Full-time, 10-month position. M-F 8am-2:30pm. Hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work
• Caseload: K-12, Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities, and Life Skills classrooms
• Requirements: Must have an Associate’s degree or higher and have at least one year of recent experience working in a school-based setting.
• Additional Details: Paraprofessionals will work with students 1:1 during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off, holidays, etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.

Job Description:

Our Paraprofessionals are vital members of the school team. They work with our district partners to deliver high-quality services to a variety of students grades K-12. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with disabilities or special needs in a school setting
