Job summary

PRO Companies, through its PRO Pediatric Services division, is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support K-12 students in Williamsport, PA. The role focuses on behavior support within the school setting and collaboration with educators.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Social Services, at least a year of relevant experience, and preferred completion of the 40-hour RBT training. Current clearances and Safety-Care are a plus; W2 full-time position with strong benefits.

• Minimum of one year experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
• Completion of the 40 hour RBT training is highly preferred. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
• Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus

PRO Pediatric Services is seeking an exceptional Mental Health Technician to provide services within a local intermediate unit for the 2026-2027 school year.

Job Details:

• Location:Williamsport, PA
• Schedule: Full-time, M-F 7:45am-3:15pm
• Caseload: K-12, Partial Hospitalization Program
• Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Services and experience working with children with behavioral challenges. Previous experience as a school-based Mental Health Technician is highly preferred.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services is required
