Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a dedicated Paramedic ( nationally registered EMT ) to join our Urgent Care team. You will triage, assist with exams, perform tests, and provide wound care and immunizations under federal/state regulations.

This role requires strong teamwork, documentation in EMR, and collaboration with clinicians across ConvenientMD locations. You will work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced urgent care setting, with opportunities for growth and cross-location training.

Qualifications

• Licensed paramedic with IV placement & monitoring experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC; CPR/ACLS not accepted.
• Compassionate, patient-focused team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn Experity and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients, take vitals, document medical history.
• Assist with exams and support providers during testing.
• Perform diagnostic tests (vision, hearing, drug screens, spirometry) and point-of-care tests.
• Provide wound care, immunizations, and med administration per regs.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and report changes.
• Ensure instruments and workspace are cleaned and stocked.
• Collaborate with clinicians and mentor new staff.
