Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated Paramedic with national EMT certification to join as an Urgent Care Technician. You will support clinicians, perform triage, and assist with exams in a fast-paced urgent care setting in New England.

You will perform point-of-care testing, manage cardiac and airway needs, administer vaccines and medications per regulations, document in EMR, and collaborate with the clinical team. A strong teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed paramedic with prior IV experience preferred.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient triage by taking vital signs and medical history.
• Assist with exams and prep equipment while supporting providers during testing and procedures.
• Perform diagnostics such as vision, hearing, drug screens, spirometry, and urinalysis.
