Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated Paramedic (Urgent Care Tech) to join our team. You will triage patients, perform point-of-care testing and procedures, and support providers in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed paramedic with prior IV placement experience preferred.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by taking vitals and histories and document findings.
• Perform diagnostic and testing procedures (vision, hearing, drug screens, strep, flu, RSV, SARS-CoV-2).
• Provide ECGs, nebulizer treatments, oxygen, and wound care assessments as needed.
• Maintain electronic medical records and document treatment details.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support training of new staff.
