Qualifications

About The Role

The Clinical Safety Officer - Paramedic will oversee participant safety during clinical trials and maintain safety equipment, ensuring compliance with study protocols, GCP, and SOPs.

Schedule:

Variable Hours

Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect emergency crash carts and maintain records.
  2. Mentor Clinical Operations team members.
  3. Respect confidentiality of participants and sponsors.
  4. Identify and communicate safety improvement opportunities.
  5. Conduct clinical trial activities, including monitoring and safety assessments.
  6. Document and follow-up on adverse events.
  7. Coordinate Basic and Advanced Life Support courses.
  8. Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety.
  9. Train employees on clinical trial activities as needed.
  10. Provide feedback on study progress.
  11. Communicate issues and resolutions proactively.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree from an accredited Paramedic program.
  2. BLS and ACLS certifications.
  3. Related work experience preferred.
  4. Customer-focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
