Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking an EMT-Paramedic for humanitarian medical support in detainee facilities in the United States. This PRN night-shift role requires BLS certification, active EMT-Paramedic license, and a valid Tier 4 security clearance. Local candidates preferred.

You will obtain medical histories, take vital signs, coordinate care with providers, document contacts, and assist with medical appointments and emergencies across age groups 0–99.

Qualifications

• BLS and EMT‑Paramedic certifications required.
• At least one year of relevant experience within last 24 months.
• Tier 4 security clearance required to start.
• Must be local to the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical histories and complete detainee paperwork, including vital signs.
• Assist with medical appointments, emergencies, and sick calls, and document complaints.
• Document detainee contacts with signatures and name stamps.
• Ensure orders from medical providers are implemented.
• Coordinate health care needs with other staff and arrange referrals to off-site providers.
• Perform record-keeping in line with program policies.

Pay: $20.36 + $4.93/hr

Requirements

• BLS certification required.
• Must have and maintain current state Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic certification
• Must have at least one year experience within the last 24 months.
• Tier 4 Security Clearance required to start.
• Must be local

Must be COMFORTABLE with all age groups 0-99.

Type Of Work

• Obtains medical histories and completes necessary paperwork on detainees entering the facilities including vital signs. Any medical problems are referred to the Physician, and/or NP/PA.
• Assists with medical appointments, emergencies and sick call to include taking vital signs and documenting detainee’s medical complaints.
• Documents all detainee contacts, followed by their signature and name stamp.
• Ensures the medical provider’s orders are implemented.
• Coordinates health care needs of detainees with other staff members.
• Coordinates referrals to off-site providers as required.
• Performs record keeping functions in accordance with program policies.
