Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking qualified medical personnel to support detainee care in a high-demand environment. The role involves intake, vital signs, and coordinating with physicians and specialists to ensure timely care.

Applicants must hold CPR/BLS, EMT certification, and preferably NREMT. A Tier 4 security clearance is required to start, and candidates must be local and comfortable caring for ages 0–99.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Certification as an EMT.
• NREMT preferred.
• Must have at least one year experience within the last 24 months.
• Tier 4 Security Clearance required to start.
• Must be local.
• Must be comfortable with all age groups 0-99.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical histories and complete paperwork for detainees entering facilities, including vital signs.
• Any medical problems are referred to the Physician, and/or NP/PA.
• Assist with medical appointments, emergencies and sick calls, including taking vital signs and documenting detainee’s medical complaints.
• Document all detainee contacts, followed by their signature and name stamp.
• Ensure the medical provider’s orders are implemented.
• Coordinate health care needs of detainees with other staff members.
• Coordinate referrals to off-site providers as required.
• Perform record keeping functions in accordance with program policies.

Schedule

• 48-Hour work week
• Day, Night, and Weekend shifts
• Pay: $17.50 /hr + $4.93

Requirements
