Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking Paramedics to join our team across Illinois locations, including Evanston.

You will provide high‑quality patient care per paramedic training and ensure safe transportation of sick and injured individuals in various conditions. The role requires NREMT or state license (or pending), a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass pre‑employment screening, physical, lifting exam, drug screen, and background checks.

Qualifications

• NREMT or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at EMT/Paramedic level while transporting patients.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment interview, physical and lifting exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as per Paramedic training.
• Safely transport patients and read maps to locate addresses.
• Assess patient and convey condition to other medical professionals.
• Provide accurate written reports of patient condition, history, and treatment.
• Provide appropriate documentation for billing information.
• Maintain vehicle sanitary and monitor fluid levels and gauges.
