Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is hiring Paramedics for multiple Illinois locations including Schaumburg. You will provide high-quality patient care, transport patients safely, and document medical histories and treatments.

Qualifications

• NREMT or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at EMT or Paramedic level while safely transporting patients.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment interview including medical, lifting exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as per Paramedic training.
• Safely transport patients and read maps/addresses accurately.
• Assess patient and convey condition to medical professionals.
• Provide accurate written reports of patient condition and treatment.
• Document billing information and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
