Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic in Massachusetts.
• Current Massachusetts Paramedic Certification and National Registry Paramedic Certification required.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor employees conduct and performance.
• Identify policy violations and issue disciplinary actions.
• Ensure that all field personnel maintain required certifications.
