Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as a Paramedic in Massachusetts; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Current Massachusetts Paramedic Certification and National Registry Paramedic Certification.
• Current CPR and ACLS Certification; CAD systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor employees and develop a team-oriented approach.
• Identify policy violations and initiate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Provide coaching and lead by example during multi-casualty incidents.
• Assist in driving and improving performance management.
• Maintain field personnel certifications and documentation at all times.
• Perform EMT/Paramedic duties with high proficiency.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage for shifts.
• Complete supervisory reports and ensure proper reporting.
