You will assess, treat, and transport in trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies while maintaining compliance with clinical policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate holds Massachusetts Paramedic Certification, National Registry Paramedic Certification, CPR and ACLS, with 1–3 years of EMT-B/A experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in accordance with clinical policies, statewide protocol, and standards of care
• Attend to patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Operate the ambulance in accordance with safety rules and regulations; company policies; federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and statutes.
• Complete an ambulance and medical equipment checklist at the beginning of each assigned shift.
• Complete and submit all documentation PCR requirements daily.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external individuals, including agencies, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties at assigned bases of operation
• Must maintain a reliable attendance and reports as scheduled and required
• Completes other duties as requested and assigned
