Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and oversee staff on multi-casualty incidents.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource coordination in field ops.
• Ensure field personnel maintain state certifications and documentation.
• Perform EMS duties as a paramedic and arrange coverage for shifts.
• Investigate incidents and report to Operations Manager.
• Attend meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
