You will mentor staff, ensure state certifications, manage incidents, and interface with external agencies, ensuring real-time decision making and seamless EMS service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Paramedic with MA certification.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD systems and EMS software is required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, scheduling and ensuring coverage for operations.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; ensure inspections and readiness.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to promote teamwork and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and report to Operations Manager.
• Ensure field personnel maintain required certifications and documentation.
• Perform EMT/Paramedic duties as needed and respond to incidents.
• Communicate with external agencies and coordinate community relations.
• Attend meetings and support quality improvement initiatives.
