AMR in Texas is hiring Paramedics for full-time opportunities, offering sign-on bonuses and an immediate start. You will provide advanced patient care, operate defibrillators and monitors, and lead on scene when needed.

Requirements include State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic, and a valid driver’s license. You will drive ambulances on 911 calls and collaborate with public safety teams while serving the community.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED is required.
State Paramedic License is required.
State Driver’s License is required.
BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications are required.

Mansioni

Assess each call to determine the best action with progressive Paramedic protocols.
Utilize Paramedic skills and equipment to provide advanced medical care (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV fluids).
Communicate information to patients and families to provide assurance of care.
Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics.
Participate in community programs to uphold AMR image and community relations.
