Job summary

AMR is hiring a Paramedic to deliver high-quality patient care on an emergency response basis. The role involves critical decision-making, utilization of defibrillators, EKG monitoring, IV therapy, and airway management to stabilize patients.

You will serve as a field leader on calls, coordinating scene operations and collaborating with public safety teams. A valid Paramedic license and driving eligibility are required for immediate consideration.

Qualifications

• State Paramedic License or equivalent.
• BLS/ACLS required; NREMT-Paramedic preferred.
• Driver's license required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best action using protocols.
• Use medical equipment to provide advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain care.
• Lead Paramedic team on scene and manage unit.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with health and safety personnel.
