Job summary

Mission Health is seeking an Emergency Med Tech to deliver high-quality pre-hospital and interfacility care. You will perform advanced life support, assessments, triage, and treatment per HCA guidelines while ensuring transport safety.

The role requires NC paramedic licensure, BCLS and current EMT certification, plus a valid NC driver’s license and active FEMA training. You’ll participate in team meetings and benefit from the organization’s extensive support programs.

Qualifications

• Maintains current licensure and certification as a Paramedic in N.C. Office of Emergency Medical Services
• Maintain BCLS certification
• Must have a valid NC driver’s license, must be 21 years old to meet Mission Health insurance guidelines
• Maintain FEMA 100, 200, 700, & 800

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality pre-hospital and interfacility advanced life support including assessment, triage, and treatment following HCA Healthcare North Carolina MAMA Medical Director guidelines
• Carry out the mission of HCA Healthcare North Carolina MAMA with safety as the highest priority throughout transport
• Adhere to the standards and guidelines established by the Medical Directors and Mission Health policies
