Qualifications

• Maintains current licensure and certification as an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician in N.C. Office of Emergency Medical Services
• Maintain BCLS and PHTL/ITLS Certifications
• Must have a valid driver’s license, must be 21 years old to meet Mission Health insurance guidelines
• Maintain FEMA 100, 200, 700, & 800

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality pre-hospital and interfacility advanced life support including assessment, triage, and treatment per standards and guidelines
• Carry out the mission and goals to ensure safety throughout the transport continuum
• Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education as applicable
