Mission Health is seeking an Emergency Med Tech to deliver high-quality pre-hospital and interfacility care. You will perform advanced life support, assessments, triage, and treatment per HCA guidelines while ensuring transport safety.
The role requires NC paramedic licensure, BCLS and current EMT certification, plus a valid NC driver’s license and active FEMA training. You’ll participate in team meetings and benefit from the organization’s extensive support programs.

Responsible for providing high quality pre-hospital and interfacility advanced life support including assessment, triage, and treatment utilizing standards and guidelines established by HCA Healthcare North Carolina MAMA Medical Director(s). The Emergency Medical Technician will be responsible for carrying out the mission of HCA Healthcare North Carolina MAMA and goals of assuring that safety remains the highest priority throughout the transport continuum.
Maintains current licensure and certification as a Paramedic in N.C. Office of Emergency
Medical Services
Maintain BCLS certification
Must have a valid NC driver’s license, must be 21 years old to meet Mission Health
insurance guidelines
Maintain FEMA 100, 200, 700, & 800
Must attend 80% of monthly scheduled team meetings
Associated degree
Minimum 3-5 years' full-time experience at the EMT level at a demanding 911 or interfacility
transport service.
