Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a skilled Paramedic to provide advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessments, perform interventions, administer medications, interpret EKGs, and ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities.

This position requires clinical leadership, calmness under pressure, and the ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced EMS environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Texas Paramedic certification required.
• CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with EMS protocols and pre-hospital care preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret medical instructions and charts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls 24/7 and drive emergency vehicles.
• Lead patient assessment and provide advanced life support.
• Administer medications per Medical Director's protocols.
• Interpret EKGs and ensure safe transport to facilities.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness.
• Complete patient care reports and documentation promptly.
• Adhere to policies and procedures; work under high-stress conditions.
