Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Paramedic (EMT-P) to deliver advanced life support in emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessment, perform interventions, administer medications, interpret EKGs and ensure safe transport to facilities.

The role requires clinical expertise, leadership, and the ability to stay composed in high-stress environments while adhering to departmental protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification in Texas is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
• Must be able to read, write and interpret instructions in English.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24/7 and drives emergency vehicles.
• Performs direct patient care per Medical Director's authorization and protocols.
• Maintains readiness of vehicles and equipment; completes daily checks and re-supply.
• Documents patient care reports, billing information, and related records.
• Interacts with police, fire departments and first responder organizations.
