Job summary

Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a skilled Paramedic to provide advanced life support in both emergency and non-emergency settings. You will lead patient assessments, perform interventions, interpret EKGs and ensure safe transport to healthcare facilities.

The role requires clinical expertise, leadership, and composure under pressure. The position involves 24/7 response, driving emergency vehicles, maintaining equipment, and completing documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be a Texas-certified paramedic
• Requires valid Texas driver's license
• CPR, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS/ITLS certifications required
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to perform under high-stress conditions

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours per day and drives various emergency vehicles
• Reads maps and follows directions to respond safely and efficiently
• Provides direct patient care per Medical Director's authorization and protocols
• Maintains vehicles and equipment in readiness and cleanliness
• Completes patient care reports, billing information and documentation in a timely manner
• Interacts with Police, Fire and First Responder organizations
