Job summary

Unify Health Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Industrial Medical Provider to join our on-site team at a large manufacturing facility in York, PA. The role focuses on health and safety for industrial athletes, including on-floor medical assistance and preventive care.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure and CPR/First Aid, with 6 months to 1 year of experience, and are comfortable working 2nd shift (7pm–5:30am). We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic.

• Support return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing.
• Perform charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication.

Schedule

Full-time (2nd Shift) Monday–Thursday 7pm - 5:30am

Work Environment

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility, where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes. The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands-on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
