U2U LAW PC is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our Newport Beach, CA team. The role supports attorneys with drafting, research, and case management in a fast-paced legal environment where attention to detail makes a real impact daily.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of paralegal experience, strong writing and organizational skills, and solid knowledge of California court rules and e-filing. We offer a collaborative, professional setting with opportunities to grow within the firm.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.
• Strong knowledge of California court filing procedures and e-filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and discovery materials
• Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings
• File documents with courts and regulatory agencies, both electronically and in person
• Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case calendars
• Support attorneys in trial preparation, including preparing trial binders and witness materials
