U2U Law PC in Newport Beach, CA seeks an Associate Attorney to join a client-focused firm. You will draft, review, and analyze legal documents; conduct research; represent clients in hearings; manage a caseload; collaborate with senior attorneys.

This role requires a JD from an accredited law school, active California State Bar membership, 0–3 years of experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active membership in the California State Bar is required.
• 0–3 years of experience as a practicing attorney preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and client-facing abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned analysis to support case strategy.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
• Manage and maintain a caseload from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and litigation strategy.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines, filing requirements, and procedural rules.
