U2U LAW PC in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a driven Senior Paralegal to join our team. You will draft, review, and proofread legal documents, manage case files, and support attorneys in trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of paralegal experience, a ABA-approved paralegal credential, and strong research skills using Westlaw or LexisNexis. Proficiency with California court procedures and e-filing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Professional, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
