Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Associate degree and commitment to earn Bachelor's within three years; or military experience at US E6 or Canadian PO2+.
Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a professional legal role.
Experience with contract processing, review, drafting, negotiating, redlining and amendments.

Responsibilities

Review client requests, assess gaps or legal risk, and apply standards to complete requests.
Adhere to standards to drive consistency, identify inefficiencies, and improve processes.
