Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Specialist. This role can be located onsite in Midland, MI, Houston, TX, or Lake Jackson, TX, and involves providing complex legal support across practice areas, excluding Litigation, as a member of the Core Legal Practices team.

You will independently manage diverse assignments, including contract intake, drafting, reviewing, redlining, amendments, and terminations, while coordinating with lawyers and business stakeholders to enable timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above US E5 and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, or 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Substantive contract experience including drafting, revising, redlining, summarizing, and negotiating terms.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contract terms within authorized parameters.
• Prepare amendments, extensions, terminations, and maintain contract records.
• Coordinate with counsel and stakeholders to support risk management and timely decisions.
