Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of paralegal or legal support experience in a law firm, legal department, or similar professional environment.
• Prior experience with title searches, title documents, property records, and title-related issues.
• Practical knowledge of court procedures, filing requirements, local rules, and legal document preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the attorney.
• Assist with eviction matters, re-foreclosure actions, title curative work, and related litigation.
• Assist with title-related matters, including reviewing title documents, identifying issues, and coordinating documentation.
• Prepare, review, organize, and file pleadings, motions, notices, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate court filings, hearings, service of process, and other court-related matters.
• Monitor case deadlines, hearing dates, filing requirements, and outstanding tasks.
• Communicate professionally with court personnel, clients, title companies, vendors, and internal team members.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with general office administration and daily operations as needed.
• Proactively follow up on pending matters to ensure timely case progress.
