Jobot is partnering with a national law firm to add paralegals with commercial real estate experience to their growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office with standard hours.

Salary ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, with full benefits and room for growth. You will provide end-to-end transactional support to attorneys in the real estate group, including due diligence coordination, title and survey review, lease and loan document review, and UCC filings.

Job Details

• Hybrid (3 days in office)
• 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
• $110-150k base
• Provide support to attorneys in the real estate group on complex, high value commercial real estate transactions
• End to end transactional support
• Due diligence coordination, title and survey review, lease and loan document review, UCC filings, etc.
