Job summary

Jobot is partnering with a national law firm to hire a Paralegal - Real Estate in Costa Mesa. You will provide end-to-end transactional support on complex commercial real estate deals, including due diligence coordination, title and survey review, lease and loan document review, and UCC filings.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office), 9:00 am–5:30 pm, competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, full benefits, mentorship, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong due diligence and document review skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end transactional support on complex commercial real estate deals.
• Coordinate due diligence, review titles and surveys, review leases and loan documents, and manage UCC filings.

• Provide support to attorneys in the real estate group on complex, high value commercial real estate transactions
• End to end transactional support
• Due diligence coordination, title and survey review, lease and loan document review, UCC filings, etc.
