Edelstein Law, LLP is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in personal injury matters from case development through resolution. This on-site, full-time role is based in Philadelphia, PA, and involves coordinating discovery, preparing for depositions and trials, and maintaining organized case files while communicating with clients and other stakeholders.

You will draft and file pleadings, manage discovery, review medical records, and perform legal research under attorney

Competenze

Experience supporting multiple active matters with competing deadlines.
Drafting, reviewing, and organizing pleadings and motions in state and/or federal courts.
Strong legal research skills and ability to summarize records accurately.
Excellent organization, time management, proofreading, and attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office and PDF tools.

Mansioni

Draft, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents for attorney review.
Prepare and submit court filings, ensuring correct requirements and service details.
Maintain accurate case files and calendars; track deadlines and follow up on tasks.
Coordinate discovery: document collection, review, production, and responses.
Review medical records and other evidence; prepare summaries and case chronologies.
Conduct factual investigations and legal research to support case development.
Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Schedule depositions, hearings, meetings, and expert-related appointments.
Prepare deposition materials, trial binders, and exhibits; assist with trial prep.
Identify missing information and deadlines; push for timely progression.
