We’re a fast-growing cybersecurity tech company looking for a sharp, resourceful Part-Time Paralegal to support our administrative legal needs. In this role, you’ll help streamline contract workflows, support compliance and corporate governance, and assist in keeping our administrative legal needs fulfilled. What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and help manage a variety of commercial agreements (NDAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, etc.)
• Maintain and organize our contract management system and track key legal deadlines
• Support due diligence and compliance documentation, particularly around privacy (GDPR, CCPA), IP, and corporate structure
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders across product, finance, and sales
• Assist with corporate governance filings, cap table updates, and investor-related documents
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to SaaS regulations, licensing, or employment law
• Help improve internal legal processes and templates to scale with growth

What You Bring

• 3+ years of paralegal experience (in-house tech/SaaS or law firm with tech clients preferred)
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with SaaS contracts, IP protections, and startup legal operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of contract lifecycle tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving startup environment

Education:

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

• Hourly Pay: $30–$40/hour (DOE)
• 20–25+ hours/week
• Remote work option with occasional in-person team meetups (if local)
• Pro-rated PTO and 401(k) participation available depending on eligibility
