Part-Time Corporate Paralegal (Remote)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Legal Operations Specialist to support our legal and compliance functions. This part-time, fully remote role offers flexible hours and the ability to take on concurrent work.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents (contracts, IP filings, compliance docs, etc.)
• Support the rollout of a new compliance platform
• Monitor and summarize legal and regulatory developments
• Review marketing and trade materials
• Conduct legal research and due diligence
• Coordinate with external counsel and handle administrative legal tasks

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
• 5+ years in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
