Job description

Bucher Law PLLC is looking for a remote trial tech (paralegal) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting PowerPoints, manage Excel spreadsheets, redlining documents, managing calendars, formatting legal documents, submitting e-filings, and managing case files. This role involved a higher level of client communication than a typical paralegal role and comfort answering routine questions from clients is a must. Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and format legal documents
• Draft and edit PowerPoint slides
• Manage large volumes of case files
• Able to redline documents, including when they are natively in different formats
• Answer routine questions from clients and potential clients
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Review and learn court and tribunal rules to ensure compliance with all requirements
• Create and use Excel spreadsheets with spending totals
• Manage uploads and downloads of document productions

Potential Salary Range: $20 to $30 an hour depending on prior experience and availability (e.g., part-time vs. full-time).
